Change Detection & Temporal Terrain Intelligence
Where has the terrain/elevation surface changed between survey epochs, how large is the change, which changes exceed the governed detection threshold, and what temporal trend is visible across repeated observations?
An auditable geometric change-detection package for prioritising locations that warrant field verification, process-specific interpretation or more detailed engineering/environmental investigation.

Professional scope
- Geometric elevation-surface change detection only; it does not attribute change to erosion, landslide, subsidence, construction, deposition or any other causal process.
- Input epochs must already be co-registered on a compatible grid and use consistent horizontal/vertical reference systems, units and datum conventions; unresolved registration or datum offsets can mimic real change.
- Uncertainty-aware significance requires governed uncertainty evidence for every compared epoch; threshold exceedance is not a probability statement or automatic hazard classification.
- Results are screening/monitoring evidence only and are not a geotechnical, structural, environmental, legal, permitting or engineering determination.
